All of our work is performed in a dignified and respectful manner.
Live floral bouquets will be picked up and delivered on the same day to ensure freshness.
After every service is performed, you will receive a digital photograph of the gravesite.
We cannot accept any liability for loss and/or damage occurring after we have completed our service and leave the gravesite.
Substitution
If necessary, due to availability issues of items we offer, The Cemetery Elves reserve the right to substitute alternatives of equal or higher value. We will make every attempt to contact you at the information you provide us before changes are made
Payment Options
After finalizing of your order, we will confirm the details and submit an invoice for payment which will form the basis and commencement of the agreement.
We accept personal checks, cash, and credit card payments. Credit cards are excepted on our site and through our onsite POS system. Cash is excepted for in person purchases. Checks must clear our bank prior to and product or service initiation.
Pricing is based on a single gravesite.
Complaints
Please contact us immediately with any problems or concerns so we can address them in a timely fashion. The Cemetery Elves goal is to build a long-term relationship with our customers. We want our customers to feel confident in purchasing our products and services again and refer others to our company.

The Cemetery Elves respectfully adhere to the rules and regulations of each cemetery we work in. Please take a moment to look into the restrictions of the cemetery you wish for us to service as this will help you decide on the best options available for remembrance of your loved ones.
Surcharges
Additional fee may be added for locating of non-specified gravesite locations.
Travel charges will be added to cemeteries located more than 15 miles from Freeport, PA.
Printed photos of gravesites can be mailed to clients for a small fee.
