This service is for previous stone cleaning customers (up to 1 year) and newer stones that show very little weathering. Regular maintenance keeps the biological growth from staining the stone and causing deterioration. This will keep your investment in great condition and looking like new. We will apply our biological cleaning solution, lightly scrub the stone and rinse the stone thoroughly. These cleaning will keep your stone protected from biological contamination for up to a year and sometimes longer.

Disclaimer: Although we use eco-friendly cleaning products and rinse the ground with an abundance of water, and due to the varied nature of certain plants, there may be some that are negatively affected after cleaning; the customer acknowledges this and assumes all liability. We reserve the right to refuse service to any stone or marker that is damaged, where cleaning could cause more damage, or it possess a safety risk to our personnel. We try to encompass all the work we believe will be necessary into our price for cleaning, there are times that this is not the case and additional costs, usually minimal, may be added. Are goal is to provide the best results we can for our customers. Due to the age, type, exposure, and the lack of previous care, some stones and markers may need more than one cleaning or have permanent damage to them and may need professional restoration.
